The server hosting the site (Aruba S.p.A.) automatically records some technical data, such as the IP address, the date and time of the request and the pages visited. This is needed to run the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and is kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
If you write to me through the form on the Contact page, the data you enter (for example name, email address and message) is used only to reply to you and handle your request, including any quote (steps taken at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Since I work as a member of a cooperative that manages quotes and contracts, your request may be forwarded to the cooperative. Data is kept for as long as needed to reply and handle the request and, if it goes no further, for no more than 24 months afterwards.
With your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) the site uses Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to understand in aggregate how it is used (pages visited, time spent, approximate origin). Without consent, Analytics is not loaded. Statistical data is kept for the period set in the Analytics account (up to 14 months).
The page reached through QR codes and NFC tags anonymously counts visits and button taps, to understand which tools work. The count is run directly by the site: it uses no cookies, stores no IP addresses or other identifiers and sends no data to third parties. Only aggregate numbers are recorded (date, QR or NFC source, language and button tapped).

Data may be processed by Aruba S.p.A. (hosting and email), by Google (statistics, only with consent) and, for quote requests, by the cooperative I am a member of. Data is neither sold nor disclosed. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing.
